Cancellation Policy

At 121 Dog Training Bedlington, we understand that plans can change. However, as appointments are booked on a one-to-one basis, we ask that you respect our time and provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

1. Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

2. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged up to 50% of the session fee.

If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), the full session fee may be charged.

3. Arriving Late
If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.
The full session fee will still apply.

4. Trainer Cancellations
In the unlikely event that 121 Dog Training Bedlington needs to cancel:

You will be offered an alternative appointment, or

A full refund (if payment has been made in advance)

5. Emergency Situations
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen.
At our discretion, cancellation fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances.
